Making New Music: Workshops in primary, secondary and special schools in Clacton with young instrumentalists and singers, culminating in a performance of group compositions by the schools, together with a new song by Alan Bullard.  Funded by Clacton and Harwich Education Action Zone.

Colchester Recorder Project: Workshops in seven primary schools with school recorder groups, culminating in a performance of group compositions by the schools, together with a new piece by Alan Bullard.  Funded by Colchester Youth Arts Partnership.

Cambridgeshire Recorder Project: Workshops in four primary schools with school recorder groups, culminating in a performance of group compositions by the schools, together with music by Alan Bullard.  Funded by Cambridgeshire Music Services

A New Garland for the Queen: Workshops in a number of secondary schools with GCSE students: encouraging the composition of choral music - the results were performed and recorded by the Waltham Singers, together with a new piece by Alan Bullard.  Funded by Eastern Arts and the Lottery Heritage Fund.
